Dawson assist Baines Primary School to create special breakfast menu ….

When it comes to providing end users with something to smile about, at Dawson we never cut corners. At Baines Primary School in Blackpool we were on hand to assist Debbie and the catering team to produce and launch the special ‘Harvest Breakfast Event’ with great success.
Our Culinary Specialist Nathan Osborne worked closely with the team at Baines Primary School to create a simple and easy programmable system on the Lainox Heart 10 grid oven (HME101S) which enables the School to now produce over 120 covers in less than one hour, silencing the rumbling tummies of the children both efficiently and trouble free for the catering team.
Nathan Explains – “ By applying the breakfast programme to the Heart Combination Oven means Debbie and the catering team achieve perfect cooking results in both a timely and efficient manner. It’s great for us at Dawson to show exactly what our range of ovens can do for our end users, and events like this are great for all involved… a real success story all-round…Brilliant News”.
