The AC2 is a state-of-the-art machine that is extremely versatile, compact and designed in accordance with the “green” philosophy of Comenda. Continuously evolving the product range to increase energy efficiencies and reduce water and rinse aid consumption. Equipped with innovative high-tech systems, the AC2 proportionally consumes water and rinse aid detergents in relation to the number of racks being washed at a given time. The AC2 automatically advances, meaning the operator doesn’t have to wait for two racks of dirty dishes before launching a wash cycle. With an impressive output of 90 racks per hour, the dishwasher handles two racks at a time, whilst one is being washed the other is in the rinsing stage.

PRS Sytsem – Integrated in all ACRS EC02 Rack Conveyors.
PRS is a new and patented Comenda system. PRS saves 30% in water, energy, detergent and rinse aid. PRS regulates correct rinse water quantity according to conveyor speed.
RAH – Rinse Aid Homogeniser 70% less in rinse aid consumption.
The RAH combines both water and detergent of differing densities. By doing this, the patented system reduces the mount of rinse aid required, leading to cost saving and reduced environmental impact.
Heat Pumps – Energy Savings,Healthier Working Environment.
This system makes it possible to heat and maintain the temperature of the wash tank and rinse water, with only 1/3 of the amount of energy required in Conventional Rack Conveyor Machines.
