Project Support Office
We offer a dedicated and experienced facility providing support for project work of any size, from it’s inception to completion. Our aim is to consistently supply a professional service, encompassing CAD assistance for layouts and designs, as well as detailed projects.
The main function of the office is to ensure that Dawson and it’s customers have the necessary supporting infrastructure and services to guarantee that projects are effectively and efficiently directed, managed and delivered to the satisfaction of all.

We understand just how important the availability of comprehensive and accurate product information is to our dealers/customers and want them to be able to find this information as easily as possible 24/7 365 days a year. That’s why we were one of the first catering equipment suppliers in the UK to list our complete range of products on CaterQuotes (www.caterquotes.co.uk), the most widely used product referencing and quotation programme available. Today our partners and customers can find complete information on all our products, including our Comenda ECO2 range of ecologically efficient ware washing products and the new range of Lainox Heart Combination Ovens, Mareno’s new Protaganista 70 Series and new products from Rosinox including “Induct Flam” and self stirring Bratt Pans. Information available includes lists of optional equipment, technical specification sheets, CAD drawings, plus additional support literature and images.
And it doesn’t stop there, as part of our product information strategy we’re presently developing a library of 2D and 3D CAD drawings that will provide dealers and consultants with the ability to produce and supply the simplest or most complex/comprehensive project plans, to suite their particular requirements.
Commissioning
In order to protect the integrity of the high quality products we sell, and to ensure that our customers minimise costs relating to the installation of our equipment, we stipulate that Dawson are employed to commission all scheme projects and large items such as 20 grid combi ovens and rack dishwashers following installation by others.
