We fully appreciate the importance of minimizing the disruption to your operation either when routine servicing is required or if a problem arises. That is why we have a nationwide network of directly employed technicians to provide comprehensive weekday and emergency weekend cover.
We provide a full range of support options for all our products. Our standard comprehensive parts and labour warranties cover all new products. A comprehensive range of preventative maintenance contracts are also available to ensure the investment you have made in your Dawson product continues well after the warranty period has expired.

Spares
Here at Dawson we hold vast stock levels of spare parts for all our brands and machines, along with fully stocked vans of all our service engineers.
We aim to offer a class leading service and spares department to solve your minor problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
